This week, Deputy EMS Chief Aydelotte, and Engine Lt. Millman traveled to Grove City, OH to complete the final inspection and take delivery of Milton's new 2017 Freightliner/Horton ambulance. The members spent Monday and Tuesday going through the spec and overseeing the final touchups to the unit, and spent the day Wednesday driving it back to FESCO Emergency Sales in Elkridge, Maryland. Over the next two to three weeks, FESCO will install some dealer supplied equipment and letter the unit. We are hoping to have the unit in station, and driver training completed by the first of the year.
